Full payment for Overnights due 1 week prior to start of services. No refunds for early returns unless due to death, illness or natural disaster.

Payment for vacation care due upon completion of all visits.

Payment for regular and semi-regular cat visits and dog walks due the 1st and 15th of the month after services provided. 2% late fee added if payment is late by 30 days or more.

Cancellation Policy
If a visit/visits are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice we reserve the right to bill for that visit.

Payment Methods
Payment accepted via credit card through the WalkerDog Pet Sitting portal (Pet Sitter Plus), Venmo and cash. No checks.
